Returns For Damaged Goods
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You can choose a replacement or request a full refund.
If you received a fragrance you did not order or simply changed your mind, no questions asked, you may send back to us within 14 days for a guaranteed delivery of a new Candle or Diffuser. Candle must be in original form. Diffuser must be free from fragrance on the reeds ( no placement of reeds into the bottle).

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
On approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You may also choose Store Credit to use immediately or at a later stage. All store Credits must be used within 12 months.
You will receive the credit back onto your card immediately or depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, however, if you are returning a damaged product due to our mistake, then your replacement will be sent back to you and the postage credited to your nominated account.
